Error in purchase order ax 2012

Hi all

I create new company in ax 2012. in that I import some vendor, item n all.. After that I create one purchase order, lines for that purchase order.. but when I am going to confirm that purchase order I am getting following error. Please if any one having any idea on this then please share it.
