AX & EAM / ASM: Customer Record Maintenance

Hi, 

Does anyone have any experience on how to maintain Customer records in AX & EAM / ASM? We require a Customer record that is created in the CRM part of AX to be also created in EAM / ASM which as standard is not the case.
