Dynamics AX HA options used most

Hi,

What OS AX MSSQL HA options are people using with MD-AX ?  I'd be interested to hear what is a best practice n this area.

For eg. are people using

SQL2008 DB Mirroring or Hot Standby or MSCS

Also which MD-AX modules can be consoldiated onto a single system and which modules/options must be run on a separate server ( or virtual server ) ?  Is there a site that shows/explains all this architecturally ?
