%2 %1 problem.

Some users cannot be logged in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009, and get the following error:

%2 %1 not initialized.

Some workarround lead me to some clues about problem on security key (that has no parent key. some suggestion was to export+import the whole security key).

I want a solution (Microsoft best practice, or any Microsoft authentic solution) to this problem.

What should I do exactly (Need authentic microsoft link)?
