checks printing in ax

We are tightening security on our implementation of AX 2012. When our AP manager tries to print checks in Accounts Payable she receives the following error message.

I have verified her user role to include: AP Manager, AP Payments Clerk, and AP Clerk.

An error occurred rendering the report. Accessing the report server URL http://icasql02/ReportServer_AXDEVRS2/ReportExecution2005.asmx?/DynamicsAX/Cheque_US.Report&rs:Command=Render&rs:Format=Image&rs:SessionId=wqmxvd553fub3sywvmrfkk45&rc:OutputFormat=EMF&rc:PageWidth=8.50646in&rc:PageHeight=11.00836in&rc:DpiX=300&rc:DpiY=300 caused an error. The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error.

When she has the role of sys admin she has no issue printing checks.

Has anyone run into this before?
