Add document to AIF queue if printing to screen

Hello,

I was wondering whether or not it was possible to add a generated sales invoice to the AIF queue manager if I print it to screen, as I understand that, by default this doesn't happen and you have to select another option for it to be added to the AIF queue, although I'm not quite sure why?
