Purchase Order Workflow (AX2012)

When a PO has been changed after the confirmed stage, is it possible to set the workflow to allow a resubmit ?  In our installation the original approval is held on the workflow and we can only see the view history option.  So the PO is sitting in Draft stage and cannot be reconfirmed.

Any advice greatly appreciated.
