Creating custom adapter for ax 2009 - AX & CRM integration using dynamics connector

Hi,

In my company i need to integrate ax 2009 companies to crm 2011. For integrating custom forms in ax with CRM entities since the out of box in dynamics connector will not support to show the custom form, i m in need of creating custom adapter for ax 2009. Please suggest some links or sample code to create adapter to integrate project module to CRM entity.
