Dynamic Ax 2012 upgrade errorwith connection to targetdb and select max(recid) from Tablename

Hi, I am upgrading from ax 2009 to ax2012. I am having errors with data upgrade scripts. I get the same error for all 21 scripts during data upgrade checklist (releaseUpgradeCockpit. I did debugged and saw that system can not connect with target db. But system goes on and than came with this error :
