I'm an administrator for Customersource and LCS for my company. I'm having problems with a user who has a customersource account - has gone through the steps of logging onto customersource and associating her liveID with her profile. I sent an invite now from LCS - she can logon to LCS but there is no Project Request showing for her. Other users in my company have been able to accept the Project Request in LCS just fine.
Can you give me some guidance on what may be wrong with this particular user's profile that she does not see a Project Request?
