please suggest, For example in AX we create purchase order for IT equipment and make product receipt and stored into the warehouse, later on IT department will request for this equipment to warehouse , warehouse will create material issue note OR packing slip, and issue the material to end user.
Note : I am not asking for issuance to production.
Please suggest is there any work around in AX ?

Hi,
I am trying to create a form which contains Sales Line and Punchline as data source. I want to fetch information from both the data sources including display methods also like invoiced qty and delivered qty to Form's Grid.
My problem is if i am doing directly by making relation between 2 data sources and fetch the records in Grid.System is taking much time . It is approx 35 lakhs records which we have to fetch and show in the Screen.
Please suggest me a way to build this form so that performance issue can be reduced,
I created a list page in that grid is having fields like student name, Id,phone number and gender .I would like to filter the grid based on gender...I have taken a list page interaction class in that section changed method I wrote my code but it did not hit can any one help ...I am new to ax

Hi,
I have an issue in Management Reporter, I have made couple of reports in MR and familiar with the report section, I am facing one issue in our P&L report i have set the ranges in my report and 1 of the account have transactions which i can view in the TB But not reflecting in my report, What could be the problem ??
I already tried restarting services and re-mapped all the accounts etc,
If any 1 can guide me for the same , would be great help

how i can use curUserId() in this statement just i need to take current user id in all records which is inserted into the temp table ,

Version : AX 2012 R3 CU10.
DB: Sql Server 2014
In near future, our Finance department need data/GL entries from 3rd party application(which has developed using .Net and SQL Server database) into AX everyday.
The 3rd party company said, they can write script which can do the purpose ie. they can push the data everyday as schedule into our AX database. But I read in some document related to integration that its not right way to push data from any 3rd party application into AX. This approach will ruin the integrity of the AX.
So, the best approach is AIF.
If this is true then, can anyone help me with the steps to achieve this thru AIF.

I have added few fields like Brand, Code, IMEI Number and Product Name in "TmpInventAge" temp Table and the same fields are already added in InventTable except Product Name.
For this, When i open the AOT query "InventAgeDim", For Item Id lookup values coming correctly as well. For the same I need to Lookup for all other fields which are added by me. I have created EDT for those fields except Product Name.
How can i get lookup values for those fields?
Records are exists in InventTable for those fields.

I am using the data management workspace to import customers information. To do this i want to use two entities, the standard "Customers" entity and a custom made entity called "B2Binfo". For the "Customers" entity, i am generating the customer account number when importing the data (by using the auto-generate checkbox in the mapping details form).
The B2Binfo is a custom entity that containts some additional (non standard) fields in the customer table, therefore the customer account will be needed when importing the B2Binformation. The import sequence is 1.Customers and 2.B2Binfo
I want to import these two entities together but since i am auto generating the customer account number, i cant specify the account number in the second entity (the b2binfo entity).
Does anyone know a possible solution to this problem? Ofcourse i could import the customers first and then enter AX to note down all the customer account numbers, and then import the B2Binfo entity with specified customer account numbers. But that would be a very time consuming process.
Does anyone know a solution to this?
